Growl, known in Japan as Runark, is a belt-scrolling beat-’em-up originally released for the arcades by Taito in 1990. Set in the early 20th century, the player controls one of the four rangers who must protect the local wildlife from the evil poacher.
Use weapons you can pick up along the way, such as swords, guns, and rocket launchers, as well as a variety of techniques that you can perform by combining buttons to defeat the poachers.
