Blaze Entertainment is a UK company which specialises in retro gaming devices. It’s main brand, Evercade, is a series of cartridge based consoles which curated carts feature classic games from not only brands such as Atari, Toaplan, Namco and Team17; but also the latest retro indie games.

Blaze’s latest brand is HyperMegaTech, which produces the SuperPocket.

Duke Nukem, Sunsoft, Flashback, Another World, Sydney Hunter and more to come to Evercade

Last night, Blaze unveiled their first Evercade Showcase, which outlined the upcoming new cartridges for the console. Despite two of the cart announcements (Piko and Sydney Hunter) previously being leaked by a retailer launching their product pages too early, there was still plenty of surprises from Blaze. Including the leaked cartridges, six new carts were Duke Nukem, Sunsoft, Flashback, Another World, Sydney Hunter and more to come to Evercade

Evercade launch new Game of the Month, and beta support for button mapping

Blaze Entertainment have announced their new Evercade EXP and VS update which features the new Game of the month, and beta support for button mapping. The second game in the 2023 Game of the Month lineup is a 16-bit platformer from the creative mind of independent developer Sergio Poverony.
