Ultravision

“The Ultravision Video Arcade System was supposed to launch in January 1983. The console featured a built-in 9″ monitor, which would double as a television. The Ultravision would play not only games designed for it, but also Atari VCS and ColecoVision games with an add-on device.
The Ultravision was designed to be portable and could also run on batteries.
Two games were advertised for the VAS : Karate, and Condor Attack.
It appears that the Ultravision Video Arcade System was never launched.”
