1991 saw the release of Magic Forest 2: Son of Wilf on the Amiga systems, a Platform game, created by Shadow and distributed by Licenceware.
Wilf, the forest keeper has retired and it is up to his son, Wilbert, to collect the apples as they fall from the trees… Wilbert is on his way to meet the fair Wilhemina, but an invasion of red nasties has forced her to hide. Wilbert must kill all the nasties, as well as collecting all the apples and goodies in the forest.
Wilbert is controlled with the joystick. Up will jump and fire will shoot a pump pellet which will make apples pump up and explode. A nasty hit by a piece of exploding apple will be killed. Collect apples by touching them and they will grow larger and explode after a few hits. Collect the bonus items and kill the nasties to complete the levels. Coins and windmills will get you extra points. If the apple hits the ground without being collected, it will be taken from your score. Collecting your quota of apples get you a bonus.
