In Apples and Dolls, you must construct ladders to get to the apple at the top of the screen and advance to the next level. Catch the magic dot that flies around the screen to knock out the enemies.
The game were sold around the world under three different names: Apples and Dolls by CCE, Teddy Apple by Home Vision, and Ursinho Esperto always by CCE (but only in Brazil). A clone version was instead released in Asia as Open, Sesame!, which was developed by Puzzy.
