OSman is a 2D side-scrolling platform beat ’em-up game that puts players in the shoes of an acrobatic martial arts fighter that has to kill the evil Abdullah the Slaver in a futuristic Middle eastern setting. As the player navigates through the stages he has to jump and climb. Attacks include various kick and slide attacks. You also have a limited special attack that kills all enemies on screen. Enemies include soldiers, machines and various bosses.
Power-up capsules can be retrieved along the way witch will boost your attack and creates phantom images of your movements. As you consume more power-ups more phantom images will appear. Your pants changes color with each consumed power-up. The game is similar to Capcom’s Strider and designed by a former Capcom employee.
It is the late 21st century, and the world has come under the control of a single federal government. One day a new threat known as Abdullah the Slaver appears, causing widespread terror and panic. The fear in men’s hearts incites the abandonment of all economic activity. The federal government, which is the foundation of capitalism and modern civilization, has become nothing less than an insidious idea that corrupts the foundations of society itself. It destroys the idiosyncrasies and variations among national viewpoints, stifling them in the name of “freedom” and its own internal ideals. Judicial Affairs Director Jack Layzon alone grasps the situation, fearing the worst. He summons the lone assassin who had mastered the ‘secret style…
